This program is for anyone who is new to the Andean tradition, drawn to our community, or seeking a clear first step onto this path.

In Foundational Andean Teachings, you will learn directly from Traditional Andean Wisdomkeeper Jhaimy Alvarez Acosta, who has walked this path for over 30 years. These teachings provide the essential wisdom to support every step of your journey along the Andean Path and lay the foundation for future Mesa programs, advanced studies, and deeper offerings with Jhaimy.

This program is also a meaningful way to enter our community, connecting with others and beginning this journey together, guided and supported every step of the way.

Core teachings that create the foundation of the Andean spiritual path:

• An introduction to learning from Indigenous wisdom and how to approach it in a respectful way
• The Andean Cosmo-Vision: seeing yourself within a living, interconnected universe.
• Harmonizing the Three Bodies: practices to realign Mind, Body, and Soul
• Yanantin & Masintin: cultivating balance and reverence between the complementary energies of feminine and masculine within us 
• The Four Elements: building a personal relationship with Earth, Water, Fire, and Air as our helpers and teachers 
• An Introdution to the Mesa: explore the history and meaning behind this sacred bundle from the Andes and its purpose along your personal path.
• An Introduction to our Community and how we walk together along this path

These teachings lay the foundation for your journey, helping you deepen your understanding, your practice, and your personal relationship with Indigenous Andean wisdom.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

This is a self-paced online program designed to meet you wherever you are on your path. You can move through the material at your own rhythm, allowing time to reflect, integrate, and practice each teaching fully.

When you join, you will receive:

• Guided meditations – practical exercises to help you embody the teachings in your daily life.
