Yachay Wasi Membership Community Agreements
Our Core Community Agreements:
These agreements exist to protect depth, safety, and reverence within our shared work. By choosing this community, we choose to walk in integrity with ourselves, each other, and the lineage that guides us.
By entering this space, each member commits to the following:
- Take care of ourselves and of each other through our words, energy and actions.
- Show up fully with our heart-led intention and in the spirit of learning and growing.
- Engage consistently with integrity and courage. Speak honestly and from personal lived experience of “I”, not from assumptions, judgments, or generalizations.
- Respect the rhythm of shared time and space. Do your best to honour your personal time commitments as well as the needs of the community. Honouring that each person holds an important spot in the circle and that we miss you when you are not there.
- Protect the safety and sanctity of this community. Personal stories, emotional processes, and spiritual experiences shared by members are strictly confidential.
- Be fully present in gatherings and minimize distractions. Your participation is active and relational, not passive or transactional.
- Honour the traditions, lineages, relationships, and shared collective field that informs us. Respect Indigenous wisdom and protocols.
- Acknowledge and honour sources and any teachings as sacred, not as content, for casual sharing, or as appropriation or monetization. If you are unsure, please ask.
