Registration open until December 7th 2021

There is a $1000USD deposit required at time of registration to confirm your spot and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to departure on January 4th 2022

Payment methods include:

Credit card + 4% processing fee (waived if paid in full)
USD Wire Transfer or USD Bank Draft
USD cash dropped off at our office in North Vancouver
E-transfer in USD or CDN equivalent

As we are living in the times of Covid we have amended our regular cancellation/refund policy for our 2022 Journeys. If you have a valid medical reason and/or Covid-related reason then there are two options if you cancel up until the date of departure.

Option 1: Receive a full refund less a $600USD non-refundable fee to cover the costs for some of the bookings we are not able to cancel at a late notice (i.e. tickets, some hotels, etc...)

Option 2: Receive a credit for the full amount paid to be used within one year for a future Journey to Peru.

All local and international travel policies with regards to masks, social distancing and vaccination requirements (please check with your airline, travel agent and government websites for your country as well as Peru for most recents updates)
We will be travelling in one private bus with the same driver and our small group for the duration of the journey and therefore we will be creating a “small bubble” within our journey
For the most part we will be travelling to more remote and “off the beaten track” locations so we will be away from large crowds and groups of people (exception will be in Lima and social distancing/masks will be necessary)
We will also travel together as a community and take care of each other and ourselves. If at anytime we are not feeling well or have any symptoms we will let Jhaimy and the group know right away and will take the necessary precautions to keep ourselves and others healthy.
