Fall 2023 Program Details

A uniquely curated mentorship program specifically for professionals currently working with clients in a practice such as therapists, counsellors, psychologists, coaches, facilitators, health practitioners, osteopaths, chiropractors, and bodyworkers.

It will be of particular interest to those who support clients in navigating a spiritual crisis/opportunity for healing, transformation and growth.

It is also well suited for practitioners who are attuned to the current need for assisting clients with integrating experiences with Plant Masters (plant medicine) and who are acknowledging the importance of understanding an Indigenous worldview for this scope of work.

Our Fall Program will take place between September 21 - December 21 (see full schedule below) and will consist of the following:

• Bi-monthly LIVE zoom calls (2 x month)
• 2 x 1:1 Professional Mentorship sessions with Jhaimy (in person or via zoom)
• Bonus In Person Day Retreat in Vancouver (optional to attend)
• Bonus Online 1/2 Day Workshop
• Access to all recordings of online sessions, workshop and materials through our online portal   

Topics that will be covered during our time together include exploring Seven Modules of Learning:

MODULE 1
Healing & Transformation
We explore a deeper understanding of the Andean Worldview and how it anchors and expands our tools and perspectives of being of service to healing, harmony, and the whole being. This will also be a time to personally explore your current practice, how you would like it to grow and evolve, and the path of how to get there in right relationship.

MODULE 2
Being The Bridge
Bridging Worldviews & Bridging Modalities - how to deepen and refine your current professional practice through integrating tools from an Indigenous Andean knowledge lens. How to do this with reverence, integrity, and impeccability.

MODULE 3
Transformational Space
Evaluating and refining the healing space in which you offer your work (Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual). How to prepare, how to clear, and how to ground yourself while honouring your clients on all levels of consciousness. Enhancing practical tools and spiritual understanding that can support you in deepening your professional practice.

MODULE 4
Reclaiming Wholeness
An Andean perspective of the root cause of dis-ease, dis-harmony, and un-balance and allowing healing from trauma and bringing the full being into wellness. We dig deeper into your unique personal gift that you bring to your professional practice and give tools and processes to support your client in returning to whole-ness.

MODULE 5
Parity & Partnership
Understanding the wisdom of parity, the conscious/unconscious, the seen/unseen aspects that are a part of you, your client and your practice. Learning about Sami and Hucha energy in the Andes and how to move, transform and transmute this energy within your own practice and while supporting clients.

MODULE 6
Understanding Integration
Going deeper into how, why and when you can embrace an integrative approach with your clients and where the threads of connection are within your own practice and your colleagues/community. A deeper understanding of your personal scope of experience and also why and when to reach out to another professional to support your client as a whole human. Inviting ongoing learning and professional development with next steps for you and your practice. 

MODULE 7
Plant Masters
Wisdom Teachings connected to working with Plant Masters (plant medicine) and how to begin or deepen your path of supporting your clients in integrating their experiences in this realm.
