Apprenticeship Training
with Jhaimy Alvarez Acosta
PROGRAM STRUCTURE + TUITION FEES + PAYMENT SCHEDULE
This is an intensive 12-month training that is comparable in terms of time, energy, commitment, and financial investment to a University Masters-Level program.
To allow for a highly personalized experience Jhaimy is only able to commit to a limited number of apprenticeships each year.
What is included:
Each apprenticeship training will be uniquely personalized for each individual and will be co-created between Jhaimy and you. It may include personal healing work, ceremony, spiritual guidance/mentoring sessions, personal retreats, and specific one-on-one training with him. This will be all-inclusive with your tuition.
Each quarter you and Jhaimy will confirm your apprenticeship schedule and his assistant will contact you directly to coordinate booking your weekly mentorship sessions with Jhaimy as well as any additional time together.
You will have priority access to scheduling, phone calls and response times from Jhaimy's personal assistant and the C7Rays team.
Weekly Sessions:
Your weekly mentorship sessions with Jhaimy will be 2 hours in length and your time slot will be reserved exclusively for you at the same day/time each week with options for in-person and virtual sessions. ** There will of course be flexibility as needed to accommodate travel and other commitments that you and Jhaimy have throughout the year.
Ceremony, Ritual and practice:
In addition to your weekly sessions and "homework" that is given there will be times throughout the year for you and Jhaimy to be together through extended sessions, day-long retreats, ceremonies and other 1:1 work to support your journey. These will be determined by Jhaimy and you as your time together unfolds.
Frequent and direct contact with Jhaimy:
You and Jhaimy will be in contact with each other directly via WhatsApp on an ongoing basis and he is available to support you 1:1 outside of your scheduled sessions as needed. Many people use this as a time to send a quick voice note, ask a question, share an insight from your process, etc...and Jhaimy is always happy to have this type of fluid, personal connection with you to support you on your journey. A deep level of trust and commitment will be nurtured and a genuine relationship will unfold.
Optional group courses & classes:
Jhaimy may also recommend and invite you to enrol in specific group classes or workshops being offered through Children of the Seven Rays and if you decide to do so then these classes and workshops will be offered at a special discounted rate while you are enrolled in your apprenticeship training.
Yachay Wasi Membership*:
As part of your apprenticeship training, you will automatically be enrolled in Yachay Wasi (House of Sacred Learning) online community and will have access to the monthly Live Sacred Learning Circles as well as a beautifully curated library of guided meditations, practices and spiritual tools shard by Jhaimy.
** This membership will be for the duration of your time in the apprenticeship program and is included in your tuition.
Tuition fees/personal investment and fee schedule:
The Apprenticeship training will consist of 4 seasons/cycles that are each 3 months in length for the year-long program.
As there is often a waitlist for this type of work with Jhaimy upon your acceptance into the Apprenticeship Training, we require a non-refundable deposit of $5400 CDN to complete and confirm your registration. This deposit will go towards your overall tuition payment and will hold your unique spot until your start date.
Upon your start date, we will move to a monthly payment schedule due on the 1st of each month by credit card.
** Option to pay-in-full at the time of registration and receive a 10% discount on tuition fees (savings of $2800)
Total investment for this personalized apprenticeship program is: $28 000 CDN + GST
The payment schedule for tuition is as follows:
- Option 1: Pay in full at time of registration and receive a 10% discount on tuition fees (savings of $2800)
- Option 2: Deposit of $5400 CDN upon acceptance to the apprenticeship program which is applied to your full tuition and then the balance is paid over 12 months ($2000 CDN per month) paid by credit card on the 1st of each month
Preferred payment methods for payment in full include:
- E-transfer, Bank draft or Wire transfer
- Option to pay by credit card as well
