What is Ayni?
Ayni is a Quechua word that translates to “being in right relationship" and encompasses our relationship to self, others, Mother Earth, and the Cosmos.
In the Andes the principle and energy of Ayni governs all of our relationships beginning with ourselves. Our internal relationship to mind, body and soul has an intricate pattern of inter-connection that weaves throughout our lives.
From there we expand out into the world through our external relationships to other beings; including our human relationships and our relationships to the natural world and spiritual world.
Within the principle of Ayni there are also specific teachings which guide us in how to be in relationship within community/humanity (Mink’a) as well as how to be in right relationship with the Spiritual World (Mit’a).
This 11-week online program is a vibrant, multi-layered and deeply personal journey that will be experienced through the sharing of traditional teachings, story and metaphor, guided imagery and daily practice.
This program has been designed to include Andean Wisdom Teachings (both pre-recorded and live), Community Sessions, Q&A Integration Sessions, as well as guided meditations and self-guided exercises that exist within your own personal membership area.
